Treatment Approach

Psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy (POP) is a therapeutic approach derived from classical psychoanalysis, based on the concepts and treatment techniques originally introduced by Sigmund Freud.

This method focuses on exploring unconscious and unresolved inner conflicts, as well as underlying psychological dynamics and their processing.

Within the therapeutic relationship, deeply rooted fears and relational patterns, who are shaped by early life experiences become visible. Therefore, unconscious patterns can be brought into consciousness, understood in their dynamics and meaningfully addressed.

By addressing these repressed conflicts and their effects on present life, new psychological space is created, enabling personal growth, emotional well-being, and more fulfilling relationships with oneself and others.
